Tiffany Towncar - when do I need to book?

We will be arriving at Orlando International from the UK on December 26th and we are going to use Tiffany Town Cars for the first time.

Does anyone know when I need to book this? Is it too early yet? Just wondering as it is the busy season how far ahead I need to book.

As we won't be hiring a car we will also need transport to Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove and I'm wondering whether to book Tiffany for those, or whether it would be better to just get a taxi - we are staying at the Dolphin. If we booked Tiffany would be have to give them a time for pick up from the parks or could we ring them when we are ready? It's so hard to know just how long we will want to stay at the parks, so maybe a taxi would be better and then we could pick one up when we are ready? Are taxis readily available at US, Sea World and Discovery Cove?

I booked TT as soon as I booked my air. They told me to call them the day before we left to give them any changes. We will be using them again this summer. Also to get to SeaWorld. I would ask them what their proceedure is for this. Since I haven't done it before I'm not sure either. Hope your trip is terrific.
