Tiffany Towncar - website down (?)

Tried to make a reservation on Tiffany Towncar. Entered all the info (name, address, arriving flight, departing flight, etc.). Got to the very end, and got an error message. Tried again later - same thing.

Now I'm cranky and contemplating using one of their competitors. Has anyone had a good experience recently using a towncar service with grocery stop to get from the Orlando airport to a Disney hotel?

(Not interested in Magical Express or renting a car.)

Have you tried calling them or sending an email?
I sent them a email for a quote as I wanted a roundtrip plus a transfer in between from one resort to another.
I received a quick reply and then called them to make the reservation and provide my credit card.
I had a very positive experience with them. They were on time for each portion of the trip and were very friendly.

Tried the Tiffany Towncar website twice last Tuesday and once last Thursday (using different web browsers), got error messages all 3 times. Sent an email Thursday morning, did not get a reply.

Made a reservation with FL Tours.

Perhaps by the time I go to Orlando again, Tiffany Towncar will have its website working and I might try them again.
