Tiffany towncar not responding to emails

has anyone had any email or phone contact with tiffany town car in the last week? i sent them an email to book a pick up and haven't recieved anything back. (this was 4 days ago). I am in Australia so am tryin to avoid a international ph call if i can help it.

I think it's plausible that one email may have gone astray. I would resend the email, and if you don't hear back again, I would look into other options.

I thought I heard last year that the owner had returned to upstate NY. Not sure if they are still in business.
 
They are still in business.... I used them in April of this year. I'd resend. I've always had response within business HOURS - not days. Something might have happened... Good luck!
