Tiffany question

We used Tiffany about 4 yrs ago and had a moderate experience. They were on time picking us up from the airport but were very late picking us up from our hotel. We had to keep calling them and asking where our driver was. We got the "the check is in the mail" response basically, they said traffic was heavy. We barely made our flight and wouldn't have if we didn't have E tickets and could skip the line. Not a very relaxing trip. My question is, I haven't seen a whole lot about Tiffany lately and we are going to WDW in mid January. Any suggections or comments? Oh, we're staying at WL.

I used Tiffany town car 2 years ago and are trip went fine. He was at baggage claim waiting for us, helped us with our bags, went and got the car and even gave us brochures to the parks and talked the whole way to the hotel. He took pictures with us there and was right on time when it was time to go home. I didn't use them last year because there were only a couple of us going so I opted for Mears but I would definitely use Tiffany again with a group of 4. Our driver was Carlos so ask for him. I have read other posts on other websites where past customers listed their driver's names as well.

I would just chalk your experience 4 years ago up to a bad driver and try again. Good Luck

last Feb and eveything went very smoothly. We have them booked again for our trip in three weeks.

I booked Tiffany for our trip last week even after having a similar to experience to yours in 2000. They did a fantastic job this time. Masoud, our driver both ways, was waiting for us at baggage claim and was early for our pick up from the Grand Floridian.

we used them in apr/02 and again in apr/03. they were ready and waiting before us each trip, both ways. i have booked them again for dec

Used them in aug and they were great. I did insist they pick us up from the hotel very early, like at least 3 hours. I told them we had southwest airlines that did not have assigned seating and there was no way I was getting into the b or less group. We got into the a group thanks to our early airport drop off.

Them 5 times and always on time with clean car and friendly and safe driver.I do always call 24 hours in advance before arrival and departure to confirm.
