Tier 1 and Tier 2 fastpass +

That is what happened to me. At DHS, I had the Great Movie Ride, which went from a tier 2, to a tier 1. I had already also had TSMM and TOT booked. So since I am completely computer illiterate, and yes, I admit it, I called Disney and had them switch the GMR to RnR. So now I have all 3 booked on the same day!!

For my Epcot day, I had LWTL booked, along with Soarin and Spaceship Earth. Switched LWTL to TT.

The best thing about it is that the times for my new FP+ are the exact window of the one they are replacing. My kids are happy and I am happy.

Let's just hope no new changes before I leave on the 21st!

When you go back to get your 4th, 5th, 6th, etc...do you have to go by tiers or is it anything you want? Also can you get FP+ for the same ride over and over at that point?

After your 3rd Fp+ you can get more FP's every time you finish your last one.

Your additional fastpasses can be any ride that still has fastpasses available, even if you have already used a fastpass on the same attraction earlier in the day!

I am not getting why one would get a FP for Fantasmic, Illuminations, Wishes, etc.

If I have to use all 3 to get a 4th by having a FP for the end of the day you cannot get a 4th FP

You are correct. But some people value having a "reserved" spot for the nightly entertainment, so they don't have to stake out a spot and wait for an hour or more. We did the FP+ for MSEP at MK. We got there about 20 minutes before start time and had a perfect view. We were able to stay there for Wishes as well. We did this before the 4th FP option was available, but we travel during slow periods when we likely wouldn't need the 4th FP some of the time. So for people like us, it's still a viable option if stand by times are generally low.
