I'd never tried, it might work since brown is the dark color in the combination. Tulip has a kit with light pink, but is very light. You can try, I think it would be cool.

esp the photobucket one - click on the image - then click save as - then print, and you have a template!

Before printing you can chose to magnify image 150% or make it smaller!! (thus my *duh moment!!)

Thanks for the directions for making these really cool tie dyes! I just made my first round (keeping my fingers crossed that they came out ok after reading all these great tips and directions), and noticed that the directions say that the dye needs to be used within 45 minutes. Just wondering if that is true or if it can be used again later. I bought a Tulip kit.

Alright, here some halloween shirts, it was hard to control the black but I used the urea and the other stuff from dharma along with the detergent and it help me a lot.
I wanted to take pics outdoors but the weather was just not on my side today.

And - I ADORE the Halloween colors - great job.

I am thinking of attempting a bullseye myself this weekend... maybe just a two color to get my feet wet. We're going in 9 days, and it sure would be fun to have something new to wear!!!

I love you too !!! Okay, I have two shirts 'cooking' right now. I can't wait to see if I've achieved anything NEAR as cool as Pixie's shirt...I can only dream. I'll post pictures if I'm not too embarrassed I did one bullseye and one swirl. My husband looked at me like I had two heads when I told him what I was doing....

Can't believe I'm going to post my sad story of a shirt. I have come to the conclusion that this is for the professionals to tackle LOL. Mine looks more like cowhide than tie dye I used a light colored pink shirt and brown Tulip dye. The brown didn't come out very dark or bright and there's some strange yellows & blues that came out?? Also, my MM came out as a blob, so I used the bleach pen. I did two shirts and the other I can't even show cuz it's like an ugly, orangy, rust color (I used a white shirt for that one) with two blobs that were supposed to be MM. so here it is the cowhide........

Good luck to all, hope you can get yours to look as great at Pixie's I'll be watching for all of you who had success with your shirts at WDW next week!!

What are you talking about! It looks cool! don't say that. The yellowish colors are normal with the brown and pink, it will go away.

The bleach pen is a lifesaver when your mickey dyes runs all over the place, it happens and don't fell bad. You did awesome

For the tulip dyes use less water for a more intense color next time.

Don't give up! You did amazing.
