Hi

Can anyone help answer my question please.

I've booked through Virgin Holidays, first week and Royal Pacific and then second week at All Star Movies, in the brouchre it says that your tickets to the parks are included.

But how do I get them? Do they send them to me, or do I have to pick them up when I check-in?

Has anyone else booked this way, and when/how did you get your tickets?

We've stayed at The All Star Movies several times and booked through Virgin. When you check into ASM your room key also acts as your entrance ticket to the parks. You can also use the card to charge things in the parks back to your room if you provide them with your credit card details at check in.
