Tickets

Hi everyone i'm after some advice we get into Disney at lunch time on Sunday the 24th Feb and was wondering if it's worth us going into the parks when we get there, and if so can we get tickets for that day at the gates or should we get some before we go???

it depends on how many days you are going for ...sundays tend to be one of the busiest days so it depends on when the park is open until though FEB might be quieter,if you are staying at a disney hotel or not you may get a ticket for that day in your package,
But you can buy tickets at the gate single day tickets on average work out more expensive than a 3 or 4 day hopper though

We are staying at the Explorers for 5 days ,4 nights.We have 3 day, 1park extra day pass. I take it that's for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and the extra pass for Thursday.

if you have 4 days i don't know that i would bother going on the sunday depends on how many of you there are it may be expensive for 1 day.
Though the park is open till 8pm that day i think through the week will be a lot quieter i think and you should be able to do all that you want to why don't you grab maps on the sunday and plan ahead for the monday when it is quieter you should get a lot more done after all explorers has got a swimming pool you might want to use and you can enter disney village free anyway where there are plenty of shops and restaraunts but i guess it really depends on what time you arrive and have lunch etc might be wothwhile saving the money for buying an extra ticket and treat yourselves in the park in the week
thats just my opinion and others will be able to share theirs and then you can make an informed decision

Can't wait although a bit nervous the kids are really looking forward to it and i want to do as much with them as i can and i dont want them to miss out on anything.
