We're going to Disney in Sept for 21 days.Coud we buy the Disney Utimate ticket and the Flex ticket now or is it possible they'll come down in price later on.

Tickets don't tend to go down in price, but some of the various boards out there post "exclusive" savings. I recommend subscribing to mousesavers dot com. We did this 2 trips ago, got our tickets through ticketmania dot com and saved a little.
