Tickets with package

I have booked a package with Disney on the UK booking site, including DP and 14 day Ultimate tickets. Do the tickets arrive with my documents about 2 weeks before we leave or are they added to your keycard when you check into your hotel? I ask because we have booked this package to check in to PORS on 6th May, but will actually be arriving in WDW on 1st May, and staying in BLT with DVC points. Since the passes are valid for 14 days we could use them for the first portion of the trip if they send them in advance. Thanks so much!!
 
its a voucher so i guess you can go to guest relations and get them on cars when you arrive, we have only ever had them on kttw cards when we check in
 
Your tickets are added to your KTTW card at check in, all you get is vouchers in your package.
Some people have posted on various forums saying they have been succesful going to guest services on arrival and getting the tickets seperate. I was told (by email) by Disney 2-3 years ago this wasn't possible, either they have changed the rules or not every cast member knows the rules.

Thanks Wayne. Will e-mail them and try to get an answer!! There seems to be quite conflicting stories on all these threads.
 
I think its the same problem as trying to upgrade a UK Ultimate ticket to an Annual pass, its possible but you have to find the right CM as they don't all know how to do it. Let us know how you go with it, helps people in future.

I know people don't like phoning, but I prefer to just ring them. You get to speak to a human and if I don't get the answer I want, I thank them for their time and call back, getting to speak to someone else. ;)

Possibly better with email confirmation on this one. A CM might be more likely to find a way to issue the tickets if in print rather than just saying I was told you could by phone.
They should be able to without anything though.
 
This is what I was thinking!! At least if I get the answer I want, I can print out the e-mail and (politely) wave it under their nose as proof!!
