Tickets transferable from dw to dl?

Does anyone know whether tickets purchased for Disney World Fl with no expiration can be transferred to be used at Disneyland CA?

Yes. My friend did this over the summer. She bought a 10 day hopper and used 4 days in May at WDW. She was able to use 4 days at DL and DCA in August and is saving her last days. The only thing is that it is not a quick entry. They have to flag down a manager who has to go and get a one day pass that will work in the fastpass machines. This took an extra 5-15 minutes, depending on how busy the entrances were

Can WDW annualpasses be used at DL? I looked all through the benefits and couldn't find anything that suggested it but, It seems to me that if you make it out there that they should let you in or at least provide a discount on the tickets!

Anyone know?

I would think the answer would be "no" to both questions, but I am very surprised that someone was able to use WDW tickets at DL via trade in. I have never heard of that. As for the person who wants to use their WDW annual pass at DL, I would suggest calling the DL info line and asking them. I don't have that number handy, but i'll bet you can find it here somewhere.

The answer to the second question is no. There are no discounts for AP holders at DL. Trust me, I looked last summer.

But yes, we did use a MYW (the new tickets) in August of 2005 as tickets in Disneyland. They are not able to be used the other way (DL to WDW) sicne the FL tickets are more expensive than the CA tickets, they can be used that way, which makes sense that Disney is making money on the deal
