I’m confused. Were these tickets non expiring initially ? Or was the 2030 date added during the pandemic? And in the case of
@Tammylynn33 , hadn’t you already paid to update them to date specific tickets in December? It’s a new product that you already paid hundreds to update. How the heck do they think they can go change those now ?
I would highly recommend not bothering with calling or emailing complaints. Hit their social media channels with this one.. and the theme parks blogs and sites with big followings. Just arbitrarily changing a date on a pre sold product is really freaking slimy and if that’s the case hit them where it hurts ..in the court of public opinion. That’s where you will get a response.
