My DH has wore me down and we are going to US/IOA this spring. My sister has 2 1-day passes left that we are going to use ("hoppers"). Can I buy a day "hopper" for my daughter? All I see available is a 2 day "hopper". Do they expire? Are children the same price as adults.

Thanks for any info...as much as I know about Disney I am lost on this subject!

How old is the child?

USF/IOA just announced new ticket deals. Buy an adult 2day/2park pass, and a child aged 9 or under gets in free.

You may want to use your sisters tickets another time if they don't expire.

A 1 day/2park hopper is sold at the gate, but it's not on the web site (We call that the "menu").

The new deal...that expires this year right? We may not use it two days this year. Is it still a good deal if it is used once by an adult and once by a child? Thanks for any info!

It is a 2 day ticket -- get 3 free. Total of 5 days BUT the ticket expires 5 days after the first use. To gain the benefit of the 5 days they must be used for 5 consecutive days. It would be $99 to buy your adult ticket and get your childs ticket free. You could use your other two one day tickets for the other adult and each go 2 seperate days.

My question is basically how much is a 1 day 2park ticket? If they are more than $50 then I will make out even if we only use it one day. If each tix seperately is under $50 it won't pay.

How come there is no info out there on US and so much on Disney??

One day/two park is $73 plus tax for an adult or $63 plus tax for a child age 3-9.

You can also go to the Universal Studios website. I found a lot of ticket and other info there. AAA also has ticket price information. I found this board and Tour Guide Mike to be a great resources as well.
