Tickets - Quick Response Needed!

I am looking at the Cyber Monday deal for Universal - 2 park 2 day plus 2 days free for $250. We are traveling in May 2017 so it looks like the dates will work. I was planning on upgrading to Annual Passes because we will be there for 9 days and in and out of the parks. Are these tickets able to be upgraded when we arrive? How does this work?

You will probably only get credit for 2 days on an upgrade, if you can upgrade them at all. I would contact Universal to make sure. Nobody here would know for sure.
