Is there a number you can call to see what is left on old park hopper passes?

No. The only way to check how many days are left on a pass would be to take the pass to Guest Services at WDW.

The resort front desk CMs or those at the resort's guest services desk can scan your ticket and tell you what is still unused. You can also get this done at the any of the parks' guest services locations or at DD.
