We are purchasing a 10-day MYW package for Aug 14 to Aug 24. Checking/Flying out late on the 24.

We intend to use 8 days of Park visiting from the 14 to the 23 and also 2 days at BB/TL.

Does that mean we would still have park/waterpark/golf etc. entrance available to us on the 24? Would we indeed have (2 Park Days left over and 8 Water Park days) to pull from on check out day? Or, do we lose those since we spent 10 days in one of those parks?

Thanks!!!

Your tickets are good for 14 days from their first use, even if you check out of your hotel.

Your 10 theme park days are separate entitlements from your 10 water park/golf/DisneyQuest visits.

(I'm assuming from your post that your tickets have the Water Park Fun & More option.)

Yes you understand it correctly.

I personally would remove 2 days from the tickets unless you didnt' know that you can do a theme park and a water park on the same day. That is not park hopping.

It does sound like you have too much ticket for your number of days. I would drop to an 8-day WP&M ticket. It would save you about $20 per person. It would mean you wouldn't have anymore park days to use on the 24th, but you would have the water park & more entrances to use. An 8-day ticket would give you 8 days in the theme parks and 8 entrances into TL, BB, Disney Quest, and golf.

Accident and sharonabe are right. You don't need a 10 day ticket to do 8 theme park days and 2 water park days - you only need an 8 day ticket.

Thanks everyone - this is great to know. We are on Free Dining and staying on site for that length - which is why we have the 10-day package. And yes - it is with the Water Parks and More options

I don't believe that package tickets have to be length of stay, even with free dining. You should be able to have an 8 day ticket with a 10 day hotel stay if you want to.
