I am looking at purchasing the Canadian discounted tickets for our trip next week.
We always buy hopper tickets because we like to hop!
We plan on spending 3 days between the parks for 3 adults.
The 3 day hopper tickets are $663
The 4 day NON hopper tickets are $630
So if we do
day 1 at DL,
day 2 at CA,
day 3 we start at CA and then head over and end at DL, that would count as 4 days right?
It would save us $30, and does the same thing right? Each time you check into a park it counts as a day?
Or if we do 5 day non hopper pass,($663) we can do
day 1 at DL,
day 2 at CA, then hop to DL,
day 3 at CA and DL and it counts as 5 days right?

Nope. A day is a day. The computer system knows it the same day, it will not allow you to use 2 of your days on the same day. You have to buy a hopper to get into different parks on the same day.

The only way to park hop without park hoppers is to buy separate tickets for each park you're going to be in on a particular day, and that's unduly expensive. Not to mention cumbersome trying to remember which ticket you used for which park.

What time do you arrive and/or leave? Perhaps you could do the 4 day tickets and go for a partial day on arrival or departure. That would give you 2 days in one park and 1.5 days in the other.

How is that discounted? On the Disneyland website, a 4 day hopper is $335.
I *think* they've quoted that CAD price which come out to be about the same as the tickets - pre-raise - in USD after the exchange rate is taken into consideration... and for all three adults but I'm not 100% sure.

On the Disneyland.com website go to the "Parks & Tickets" tab on the menu.

There's an options for tickets under the following categories:

Products & Prices for All Guests

AND

Products & Prices for CANADA Residents

Select the one for CANADA Residents and the prices for the 3, 4 or 5 Day options will show up AND these options will also give you "1" Magic Morning Early Access. There's also an "asterik" on the page (*) advising that the prices shown are in USD.

If you want only 1 or 2 day tickets THEN you need to select the "Products & Prices for All Guests" tab as this is where the 1 or 2 day tickets are sold. HOWEVER, there is NO Canadian discount for these tickets. The Canadian discount is for purchase of 3, 4 or 5 day type tickets since these are the only options available on the CANADA Residents tab.

Therefore (as an example for 4 day type tickets @ Canadian Discount PER PERSON):

4-Day Tickets (1 Park per Day & 1 Magic Morning Early Access: USD$210 (Adult) / USD$198.75 (Child 3 - 9 years inclusive)

4-Day Tickets (Park Hopper & 1 Magic Morning Early Access: USD$240 (Adult) / USD$228.75 (Child 3 - 9 years inclusive)

Here's the link where I took the above noted info from.

NOTE:

I "think" your CAA (mine does in BC) might sell the same Canadian Discounted Tickets for a "couple" (ie. $1 - 3 maybe) cheaper than the prices listed on the Disneyland.com website.

INFO REQUESTED:

Has anyone bought "just" Park Tickets @ Canadian Discounted Prices in CANADIAN DOLLARS?

Please share "where" and "prices" CAD$ paid.

Others have mentioned on other posts that they purchased in CANADIAN DOLLARS but they were part of their "package". I only want to purchase Park Tickets only. Thanks for any help that you can provide.

Hope this info helps! Enjoy your trip!! :-)
