I have a ticket that accidentally had a day used (because APs aren't prioritized) so I had them fix it. It disappeared from my
MDE for a day or 2 and then showed back up as a blank space. There's the ticket icon, a blank space, and then Assigned To: My Name.
I called tech support about something unrelated and the guy who fixed my other problem was really amused by my mystery ticket. Said he'd never seen that before. He could see the days remaining on his end at least and that it had been fixed at Epcot but that was it.
