Tickets have arrived this morning...usual Virgin wierd way of issuing tickets
DD Kara has no accomodation vouchers, phone call to the "wonderful" call centre, assure me that it is correct....how can that be?? She is however linked to the wrong booking reference (not ours but another families: she says that's fine if they are staying at the B&Y Club...Wendy is she on your booking
). Lady at the call centre will send me out another invoice, not another voucher though, with the correct link to our booking.
I have frantically printed off an email dated 7th January where i had already queried this and received an email from Virgin assuring me that the hotel are aware that Kara is the 3rd adult in our room.
Do these people think i have nothing else to worry about
