tickets from undercover tourist?

Has anyone purchased theme park tickets from this company. If so, are they ok and do you have proper tickets. Is it worth buying form this company or is it risky?

I've used them twice and will again at Christmas.
They are usually a good price and you get real tickets not vouchers.

I think Undercover Tourist has the lowest prices. We always get our tickts from them and have never had a problem.

We've used them a couple of times in the past and have always received our tickets within a week - usually less. BTW - although they are a US company, our tickets have always had an Edinburgh postmark, so they must have agent(s) here in the UK.

I have used them loads of times - real tickets, great prices and excellent customer service (we had a problem once over payment and they sorted it out within minutes). Very fast delivery. I would definitely recommend them

Another vote for them. Used them last time we went and got the tickets in under a week. If you sign up to the Mousesavers website they have a link that gives you slightly cheaper prices on some tickets.

Agree with Sue(young pooh),sign up to Mousesavers first and when they send you there newsletter there is a link you can click on to go to Undercover tourist site for a few more $$ off .

Got our last tickets for Christmas from them - no problem As others have mentioned they were delivered with a UK postmark.

Ordered from them in 2005 and no problems: Real tickets (though wouldn't have mattered to us if they were vouchers or not, went with them for price ) and arrived quickly.

We've used them several times with no problems at all. Excellent CS too.

The only voucher we got was an email confirmation to Cirque du Soleil - the rest were tickets.
