Yes, they're used by lots of people. But try getawaytoday.com--they use Ares travel, but you won't have to pay the handling fee if you're just buying tickets.
I purchased them online through AREs travel b/c of they were a few bucks cheaper. The only thing I'm not sure of is where to change the voucher into our tickets... I've heard at the window and at the turnstile... so I still need to figure that out. But buying them and printing off the voucher was very simple!
We used them for our Feb trip. They were great. We just printed the voucher online and exchanged that at the desk of the DLH when checking in. Easy and saved us some money!
We used them for our most recent 3 day PHs, I've purchased character meal vouchers from them ~ I recently purchased 2 vouchers for our dinner @ Ariel's next week.
Can anyone confirm where you take the park-hopper vouchers? I think on Ares website it says you have to go to the ticket booth, but I've heard dis'ers say you can take them to the turnstiles, and skip the ticket booths?

I'm not sure, but I do know you can take them to the front desk of any of the DLR hotels, which is handy if you're staying there but probably not so much if you aren't
