ok so this is the thing, we leave in a week but I haven't bought our tickets yet, been waiting to see if our ITT office was going to be selling the ones we want, but as of now nothing, so I'm going to have to either buy online and pick up at will call or just wait til the morning we go to purchase them there. This is my questions: 1st which would be a better option and even though the park doesn't open til 9am will I be able to go up to the ticket booths before then to get them or pick them up?? I just don't want to waste a bunch of time doing this and not get into the park ontime:confused3
Thanks!

Guest relations is outside of the theme park entrance and will be open well in advance of the park opening time.

Either will work just fine. You'll end up at the same place, in a line roughly the same length.

I'd give Undercover Tourist a call to see if they'd be able to guarantee delivery before your trip. If you're in the US, you can do the FedEx 2 day shipping for $16. Price them out and see if the savings would be greater than the $16 shipping cost.

On a morning that a park opens at 9AM, Guest Relations and/or ticket booths will be open by about 7:30AM.

Every Park entrance (including TTC and IG) will have at least one Ticket and one Guest Relations Window open at least 30 minutes prior to the first Guest being allowed into the Park. And this takes into consideration both pre-opening dining reservations as well as Morning EMH.

Each location Guest Relations Window will remain open as long as there are Guests in the Park.

I wish I could do it the night we get in but we won't be getting there til about 10:30...so the only option is in the morning, our first day is at MK it opens at 9, if we are there at 8, you think we'd be ok?!

(Which is exactly what Cheshire Figment said, as 7:30AM is 30 minutes before guests are admitted
for 8AM early ADR's.)

Most guests at WDW on any given morning will already have their tickets,
so I've never experienced a long line of guests at any particular ticket booth.
