Tickets at the Concierge questions.

Hello, we are staying at the AKL Club Level. We are Florida residents. Would they be able to get us a 3 day pass at the AAA rate if we have are cards present? If that is not possible, if we buy our tickets at AAA, we have to exchange them for real tickets once we prove our residency. Can the AKL Concierge do that for us so we don't have to wait in line at the park? Also, if we buy tickets through AKL Concierge do they have some special tickets that say the lodge on them or special pictures? Lastly, we plan to go to Pleasure Island one night of our trip. I am seeing a special Florida residents rate on the website. Can we buy it the day of at the hotel or is that a special advance rate?
