We have 2 five day hoppers that we didn’t use on a previous trip. I have the ticket numbers and was told (pre-Covid) that I’d need to go to guest services in person on my next trip, to apply the value of those tickets to buy a new 5 day hopper (and obviously pay the difference to the current price). I was told there’s no way to do this via phone in advance.
But, we can’t make park pass reservations in advance without a linked ticket, and I expect most (if not all) parks will be fully booked by the time we actually arrive on property. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any way to get these tickets upgraded and linked via phone in advance so we can make park pass reservations for our trip? Some parks are already unavailable for a few days during our upcoming trip. Thanks!
