Tickets at AKV?

Can I buy park tickets at the concierge desk at AKV- Jambo House? I need to buy 3 new tickets and I need to get 2 existing, partially used tickets transferred to our resort keys. Is there a counter to do this? Really hoping to avoid standing in the heat at the ticket windows- last time we bought an annual pass at the MK window, it took almost 20 minutes.

The Lobby Concierge desks at each resort can handle ticket issues but can't touch anything related to APs.
