If I buy tickets tomorrow, can I walk up to the gate and enter, or do I have to plan 24 hours in advance? For some reason I can't get the Disney webpage about ticketing to open.
 
You have to buy dated tickets and make park reservations. Try resetting your cache/cookies or using an incognito window in Chrome.
