Tickets added to room key??

Yep. We actually had to go to the customer service desk because the check-in lady didn't know how to do it. This was last Aug, so it might be different now.

If you have purchased a package then when you check in, the tickets will be on the room key. If you have purchased a room only reservation, and have purchased separate tickets, you can have the tickets added to the room key at the resort. To do this you need to have the tickets in hand and go to the desk where they sell the tickets. They can enter the number from the back of the ticket and add it to the room key.

Oh cool - I didn't know you could do that until I read this post... Does anyone know if you can have your Annual Pass added to your key for the duration of your stay??

Unfortunately no. I tried last month.

Thanks for the info! We are doing a split stay. Can we still add our tickets onto the room key?

Yes. In Aug, we had our tickets put on our room key at Pop. Then we switched to SSR, and had the tickets moved over to our new room key.

Question............does the room key also serve as a "credit card" for charging food and merchandise to your room?

If you put down a credit card when you check in, then you can use the room key for charging things in the parks

What if you are getting a 10 day no expire ticket when you only plan on using 5 days on the trip??? Can you just add the 5 days to your room key?

It's nice to know that we can get our park tickets put on our room keys at check in. We've always gotten a package so they have been all in one anyway but this year we bought them separately. It's makes it so much easier having only having one card.

We're off to Disney on May 13 th.

No, they will put all the days on the room key and will keep the old tickets. You will need to keep your room key when you leave disney and can use them as park tickets on your next visit. That is what we did, we have 4 days left and I am keeping the keys in a very safe place.

Yeah!!! I hope we can do this. We have a "room only" reservation and purchased the tickets seperately. From what I have read, the tickets you purchase seperately are card stock type of tickets. I would prefer to put them on our room key. Thanks!

:thanks:
