Ticketmaster Season Pass

Has anyone bought this season pass thru Ticketmaster that wasn't a Florida or Georgia resident and used it successfully? I know they lifted the blackout dates, but what about residency?

Many non-residents have bought it. You won't have any problems with it. But remember that it expires the end of December no matter when you pruchase it.
