So I'm all pumped up. AC/DC tickets are going on sale this morning at 11:00AM according to Ticketmaster last evening. Even took a screenshot to remind me.

I log on at 10:30 this morning to find out tickets went on sale at 10:00AM. Apparently, TM decided to move the onsale up an hour. Obviously many people knew about it as the concert is sold out by 10:30. So of course, check on ebay, and there are hundreds of tickets on there. I paid nearly double the face value. Never seen them before, so screw it.

Yet again, Ticketmaster shows just how wonderful they are!

That stinks. Every time I have bought tickets on line through Ticketmaster, they went on sale at 10:00. I just bought some (on presale) on Wednesday for Jeff Dunham. The only tickets available now (regular sale started at 10Am today) are upper level seats.

Hope you enjoy the show.

They ticked me off the last time I got tickets for Bon Jovi. My mother is a huge fan and she really wanted to see them again. Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m., so around 9:45 a.m., I logged into my account, checked to make sure my address and credit card information were correct, then went to the ticket page and waited. Since their clock could be slightly different from mine, at 9:59 I hit refresh - and got a message that due to "excessive activity," I was temporarily suspended! I know it's to keep scalpers and automated systems out, but I'd only hit refresh ONCE!

It took 20 minutes before I got back in, and by that time, the first show was sold out, and all I was able to get were seats in the top row of nosebleeds for the second show (at $166 each :sad2: ). My mother was fine with it; she got to see Jon again, but every time I use Ticketmaster now, I worry that I'm going to get locked out for nothing.

I got myself all set up this morning - cup of tea in hand and the TicketMaster site on my screen. Refreshed my screen a couple of times and the BAM - you're locked out - you cannot retry for several minutes - what is up with that - thirty seconds can mean tickets or no tickets and they lock you out for several minutes!

My workmate tried for me and she was locked out and she had just logged in for the first time. While she was waiting, however, there were several tickets already available through a subsidiary ticket agent ... how can that be ....

and to top it off, the top tickets were $100 - they're selling for over $3,000 a piece - wrong, wrong, WRONG ...
