Ticketmaster 2day-2park tickets...we had problems....

Just a heads up to those considering purchasing their tickets through ticketmaster. We purchased and printed our at home. But they didn't work when we got to the gates
Luckily a very nice woman at customer serivice spent about 20 minutes helping us. Long story short, she ended up replacing the ticketmaster tickets. Something she definitely didn't have to do. She mentioned they'd been having trouble with tm.

the TM's at guest service are the best!

they really love their guests and do a lot for them.

it is great they replaced your tickets for free. as you said, they don't have to but it was really super the TM did it for you.

i can't imagine having to buy the tickets again..........yikes......
so glad it worked out for you.

GuestServiceMonkey should clarify that Ticketmaster tickets are the bane of our existance as they simply don't work often enough. The data ticketmaster sends is often wrong and the tickets read as 'void'. It is correctable, but a nuisance for all involved and simply an unpleasant experience and needless delay.
