Ticketless funds to pay for EBCI?

I did a search and the info I found was from 2010 plus it was conflicting somewhat.

But am I right in assuming that I cannot use my ticketless funds (credit) on SW to pay for EBCI? It looks like you can only use a credit card, but wanted to make sure...

BTW, this would be on an existing resv.

I think you are right. I just bought EBCI (for an existing reservation) and I was given no other option than to pay by credit card.

Darn it! Our flights just went down today and I snagged $15/person credit (5 of us). It would have been perfect to pay for EBCI RT with only having to put the remaining $25 on our credit card. Oh well, we still like SW!
