I'm sure this has been asked a million times..but here it goes.
We are traveling down to WDW in November and would like to take the kids to Universal and the Islands of adventure. On-line they are offering a 2 day 2 park ticket with kids 3-9 free and 3 free days. I keep reading consecutive days. So does this mean that if we go to Islands of Adventure on a Monday we would have to go to Universal on tuesday...or can we go any time during the week? Also are the express tickets you can buy worth it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated...

It's a total of 5 consecutive days. if you miss a day, you just lose that day. If the first day that you go to either park is on Monday, then Friday will be the last day you can use the tickets. You can go as often or as little as you want to during those 5 days.

We went in November 2003 and the rides were pretty well walk on. We're going again this November and don't feel that we'll need to buy the Express Pass option.
