If there's a starting time for distribution, I believe you can't get tickets before then.

I don't really remember the time, but the last couple of times we went straight to the desk after boarding and they were open. Our boarding time was 11:30 and I believe we boarded shortly after. They will let you know what they have available and you can pick the time and day with the exception of the character breakfast, as that is assigned to you. I would go as soon as you board to check it out as the line up tend to get longer later on. good luck

That's my question too. Does anyone know when any of the following events take place on a 7-night cruise on Disney Fantasy?

Royal Court Royal Tea
Disney Jr. character breakfast
Frozen meet & greet
Princess meet & greet

I looked at the past Navigators on the disney cruise blog and though I saw notes for when to purchase or pick up tickets, I didn't see them listed on the schedules.

EDIT: the italicized sentence didn't make sense. What I mean was:
I didn't see the actual events listed on the schedules published in past Navigators. I just saw when and where to pick up tickets for the events. How do you know when these events actually take place prior to getting tickets or booking other activities?

My booking window opens in a few days and I'd like to be able to book my granddaughter's Bibity Bobity Boutique appointment on Royal Court Royal Tea day or Princess Gathering day. I'd also like to avoid booking any appointments or activities that might conflict with the Character Breakfast.
