Ticket ?

My FIL unexpectedly passed away. My MIL is cleaning things out and has his 7-day, no-expiration ticket and asked my DH if he could use it. I'm guessing not, but thought I'd ask here. I believe it was purchased as a 10-day quite a while ago and was never linked to a MDE account but I'm guessing it's still non-transferable?
