I have a two day ticket from a few years ago that I have never used. I am planning to take it down with me. There is nothing on it that lists an expiration date, so I think it's fine.

I plan to upgrade it to a two day park to park ticket when I get there. I just don't know where to go or how to do it! I have only been to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure once each, and that was in 2010 the year the Wizarding World of Harry Potter first opened. Now I'll be back! ;)

Do I upgrade before going in to the park? Or after?

Thanks!

Guest Services at either park can assist you.

Thank you....

Is guest services inside the parks? LOL It's been a while!

There are guest services windows outside both parks, and an air conditioned office inside the park.

At the studios it's on the right hand side of the ticket booths, and inside the park you take an immediate right and the office is there.

At Islands it's on the right also, and inside on the right is the office "Open Arms Hotel" sign (and guest services) above it on the inside.
