I booked the HP package at HRR for August and we have 3 nights, 2 days of park tickets (single park only) and some extras. I booked online and didn't see an option to get the multi-park passes (I don't remember what they are called, but the equivalent to Park Hoppers.) Can I upgrade these to "hoppers" on site? Just thinking we might want the flexibility of two parks to hit some of our favorites again.

Yes...you can upgrade but I'm pretty sure you would need to do that at Guest Services at the parks. Just make sure to do it before you leave the parks that day.

If you have 2 day tickets then they are most likely hoppers. The only 2 day tickets that are not hoppers are issued by timeshare. If you bought the Harry potter package, yours are probably hoppers already. If not, you can only upgrade them at Guest Services not online.

The Universal Orlando website now has 2 day non hopper passes for $109. I wonder if these are new?

Universal website is selling non-hopper tickets for 1,2,3,4 and 7 days.

Hi! :)

I booked the same package, and was wondering about upgrading to hoppers as well, since the ones included in it are not park-to-park. So, I called the number that was on my confirmation and asked them how much it would cost. They said that I could upgrade my tickets at the park for an extra $15 per person. It sounds like a great deal to me!

That does sound like a good deal - are you sure it isn't $15 pp/per day? That would make it more in line with the cost of buying hoppers in the first place. But $15 pp sure sounds nice. I will ask when I get there - just glad to know it can be added, just like at WDW.

I thought it was too good to be true, too, so I asked the agent on the phone to clarify that, and she assured me that the $15 would cover the upgrade over all three days. Now, I always go into things like this expecting that something might go wrong: she could have been misinformed, the deal could change when I get there, etc., but supposedly it's just a one time fee of fifteen per person. ;)

Universal website:
3 day base ticket $125
3 day hopper $140

$15 (plus tax) sounds right.

Thanks Lewisc! I don't know why I had it in my head hoppers were going to cost me more. For some reason I thought it was going to be about $125 for the 4 of us. Looks like I just found some $$$$!!!!! Sweet!
