I have a question for Disney experts. We have tickets left over from our September trip that we are using on this December trip. Does anyone know if I can use the credit for the days left to upgrade to an Annual Pass?

Thanks,

Lyn

I am sure I have seen posts regarding that before. I would call CRO and ask. They will know for sure. I am guessing yes, but I would call.

Yes you can but the exchange rate is worse than trading towards another MYW (regular) ticket.

I don't know the formula but someone reported that all he got in trade up value (to an AP) was something like $28. for three leftover days.

It's as if he only got the last few days' purchase price, for example nine dollars for the "fifth" day, three dollars for the "sixth" day etc. (2005 gate prices) with some pro-ration of the non-expiration and hopping parts of the ticket price.

With any trade up, you should find out the trade up value and if that value is less than expected, step out of line and think about it.
