Ticket Upgrade Question

So for our upcoming trip I'll be getting an AP for myself because it's more likely I will get the use of it.

For DH we are thinking we will get him a 3 day p2p, even though we're only planning on 2 days.

If we go back in a few months to use his 3rd day and decide we need another day - we can upgrade then and his pass will have the same exp as mine because of the first day of use, right?

The 3 day park to park expires 14 days after first use. You can't wait to use the 3rd day for longer than 2 weeks. If you want to upgrade you have to upgrade before you leave the park on your last day.

Sorry, we are Florida resident, on the UO site says 180 days - I just assumed all 3 day were and didn't think to specify.

In that case, his pass will start the day of the first use of his 3 day ticket.....so same as yours.
