Ticket upgrade question

I did read the ticket thread, but I just want to make sure...

Right now we have a 3 day Discover Disney pass which we will use for the first time tomorrow.
If we upgrade to a 4 day DD pass, can we then upgrade it *again* to a Seasonal Weekday pass on the 4th day if it is a weekend day?

For example,

Our 4th day is a Sunday in May. Can we get in to the park and *then* upgrade to a Seasonal Weekday pass so we can come back and use in November?

In addition, all multi-day tickets must have at least one unused day remaining to be upgraded.

That info is not exactly correct.

You can upgrade a ticket as late as up the end-of-business on the day that you use that ticket's last asset.

So, you can actually upgrade a ticket that has been "all used up" on that last day.

Otherwise, guests who were IN a WDW park using a one-day ticket would not be allowed to add a day or more to their trips… and Disney would love for them to add days to their trips.
