Ticket Upgrade Options

Does anybody know how I can go online into my plans and then upgrade my tickets to Park Hopper? When I first bought my tickets the hours that each park was open was very short. Now it looks like they are expanding the operating hours and I feel that I can benefit from doing the park hopper.

If you can't upgrade before your trip, don't worry.
You can easily add the Hopper after you arrive at WDW.
