Ticket trouble! Please help!

Hi guys!
I recently purchased some 2-day disneyland park hopper tickets through AAA, 4 tickets to be exact. To my dismay, the 4th person coming with us had also bought her ticket. Both of us purchased through AAA, meaning no refunds! I'd like to sell my ticket to a family friend; is that possible? Will they be able to use the ticket if I am not present when they do? Does Disney need identification from those that purchase tickets through AAA?

Tickets that have never been used are transferable, so yes, you can sell it to your friend.
