Hi All!

I have a question/problem and I need help. In March 2015 I have a split stay and I am trying to figure out park hopper tickets. Here is what my reservation is so far:

Check in at BWV Sat. March 14, 2015/ Check out Sat March 21, 2015

Check in VGF Sat March 21, 2015/ Check out Tuesday March 24, 2015

My dilemma with many questions: :confused3
1. can I have park hopper tickets linked to two reservations? If so how does that work?
2.should I go with a six day park hopper for the first part of the trip (link the tickets to the first reservation & not even going to the park on Saturday March 14th - hence a 6 day)
3. then for the 2nd reservation have a 3 day park hopper

OR if someone has any suggestions please I am open too them

Please help!

You dont need a ticket for the second stay unless you are getting a dining plan with it.
It is better to get a 10 day park hopper for the first stay which you can continue to use for the second stay.

Disney tickets are front loaded so the first 3 or 4 days are the most expensive. After that it's $10.65 inc tax per day to add days to your tickets up to a maximum of 10 days so I would buy one set of tickets to cover the entire trip. You will be able to use them for your entire stay. March 14-24 is 11 days so if you are not going to the park on your arrival or departure day or on one day during the middle of your trip, the 10 day tickets would work perfectly.

When you buy a ticket it is linked to your My Disney Experience regardless of your resort stays. So for example my SIL has a 10 day ticket with park hopper and water park options.

They are linked to her MDE account and she can make FP+ anytime within the next 30 days if she wants. In addition if she books a WDW Resort reservation she can then make FP+ reservations anytime within the 60 day time frame using that same ticket.

So if you book two room only reservations and then add tickets to your MDE you can make reservations at 60 days + for both reservations.

Purchasing two separate tickets is not necessary and more expensive - just purchase what you need for both trips in advance of the first reservation.
