Ticket/Split Stay/MB Help

Calling all experts! I had all of our plans worked out, but things have now changed and I need help figuring this out.

We bought our 4 day tickets from UT and linked them to MDE. No problem there. We then decided to add on a few days at a separate resort, so we now have 2 reservation numbers and will get two sets of MB's. I want to upgrade our tickets to 6 days when we are there to cover our entire stay.

Will I be able to use the upgraded tickets for our whole stay, or will it be limited to the first half? I don't have to buy separate tickets for the other half, do I?

I am also wondering how that will work with our MB's. If I can use one ticket for the whole trip, will it carry over to the MB's on the 2nd half?

I hope this makes sense...feeling very confused with how things work now. Thanks for any input!

The tickets will work until they expire. If you have six day tickets, you can use them whether you are staying on-site or off, so they will work with both stays. If both sets of MB are linked to the same person, they will work interchangeably during your second reservation. The only problem you will have is you will not be able to make FP+ for the entire trip until you add the days onto your tickets.

Everything is tied to your MDE account, not to any individual resort reservation. It doesn't matter how many individual resort reservations you have, they are all linked into one MDE account, same with the tickets. You just need to upgrade the tickets (after using them at least once) before the expire.

As PP noted, the only caveat is that you can only book the # of FP+ days as you have park ticket days on MDE.

As far as MB go, they too are linked to your MDE account, not to a particular reservation. All will be live and ready to go when you arrive in Orlando. Use one on Monday, another on Tuesday, first one on Wednesday, one in the AM other in the PM, it doesn't matter : )
