Ticket ? regarding Candelight Processional

I sooooo want to do this when we go in Dec. Does anyone know when tickets go on sale? And do they have to be bought from WDW or can you get them from one of the brokers from Mousesavers? Do we have to let them know at that time what rest. we want to eat at that time?

Sorry for so many ???? but I've never been before and want to make sure that I don't blow it and miss out on tickets.

Last year they went on sale the beginning of September. You must buy them from Disney and yes, you must pick the restaurant.
