OK we went to the local mall this past Saturday and after visiting the Disney Store we found out that you can buy a 7 day park hopper for an adult at $223 and a child @ $186, what would it cost t+o add the no expiration option?

I believe no expiration on a 7 day has gone up to $65. You can add it at Guest Relations or any ticket counters at the parks.
