DH will be playing tennis sometimes while we are there. I'm wondering if I can take his hopper tix with me into the park and get a FP for him along with my own? Do I have to swipe his tix like he is going in, inorder for it go get a FP?

I don't think you can do that. Your husband has to be there to swipe his own ticket due to the biometric system.

FP are only issued if the ticket has been used for entry to that park for that day.

Best wishes -

Allison and Carol are both correct. Here's the progression in reverse.

In order to get a FastPass, you must use the same ticket you used to enter the park with that day so the computer system will show it as valid and allow it to get the FastPass.

In order to have the computer system show it as used, the person whose ticket it is must insert it into the turnstile, do the biometric scan and pass through the turnstile.

So if your husband has not yet been to a park that day, the answer is no.

BUT, if he has already visited that park and left to go play tennis, then you can take his ticket with you when you go and get a FastPass on it. The computer would already show his entry into the park previously that day and his ticket would then be able to get a FastPass, too.
