We're going to the parks with a couple kiddos who will have FL Resident AP's. They are both over 10, so they will have the "adult priced" AP's. Can they use their passes to get discounts within the park if they don't have a FL id (since they're minors)? I know when my parents (who are also FL Residents) were asked to show both their pass and their FL ID as well. Just curious what the policy is on this?

Example: They want to purchase some items from one of the shops at WDW. When they use their AP for a discount, will they be asked for a FL ID (like adults are)?

1. There are no "child-priced" APs issued, anyway.
2. In some cases, yes.
3. To be sure, have them take school IDs. Otherwise, hope for the best.

Ok.... So technically if they want to get a discount while at WDW on merchandise or dining, they need to be with adult FL residents then?

AP with school ID will work fine, my kids have never been denied the discount.

12 and 16 years old and neither has a school ID either... It's not a big deal, really, but was just curious on the policy
