Ticket question

My sister will be joining us on our June trip to WDW. She will only be there for a few days and is unsure if she will need a 3 or 4 day hopper pass. Can we just buy her a 3 day pass and then add a day if needed?

Yes. Add the 4th day by the end of the 3rd day. You just won't be able to book FastPass+ reservations for her for that day until you add it on.
