Ticket Question

Sorry if this has been asked, but I am still confused. We ordered tickets during the Ebates/Orbitz sale. I linked my tickets using the MyMagic # from
Orbitz. I called Disney and they said that we still have to go to will call to pick up the tickets. Is this correct? Won't they already be linked and ready to use on the Magic Band for an on site stay?

1 & 2- If you have MagicBands, it is not necessary to pick up the physical tickets.
