Ticket Question

Good afternoon everyone First let me apologize since I'm probably asking a question that has been answered in the past. My dad and I will be going to DCA and DL next month with 5 day park hoppers that I'll be buying online through my work. My question is can we take the printed tickets straight to the gate or do we have to take them to the ticket booth to get actual tickets? I'm so looking forward to this trip as we haven't been to DL since 1998

If you are getting them directly from the Disneyland website, then definitely you can take those directly to the entry gate and they will be exchanged if a ticket. If you are purchasing from other company websites I am not sure. I know that at least some require you to exchange them at the ticket booths.

I don't know about that site. If you print it and there is a bar code on the printout, as well as language along the lines of "This is your ticket" then you can go straight to the turnstiles. If not and it appears to be a voucher, then go to the ticket booth.

You will have to look at the receipt. If you buy from way.com you take them straight to the turnstile. If you buy from Orbitz.com you have to take them to the ticket window. Have you compared prices with these companies? There is also velocitytours.com if it isn't posted on the website you can call them.

Last week for a 5 day park hopper velocitytours was $263, way.com was $285 and Ebates/Orbitz was either $286 or $280 depending on if you got 1% or 3% cash back.

The place I was looking through work was 277 so velocity looks good.

Tickets at Work sells tickets for a number of theme parks and is only available as a benefit from your company (interestingly enough they are a benefit that Disney offers its employees). It is 10% off and I think 2 day tickets, so somewhat better than way.com or orbitz. I could not find out if you have to go to the ticket booth, but I don't think so. I'm pretty sure they sell tickets not vouchers. The paperwork you get from them should say how to redeem them.
